Beatrice Zitti
I am a Marie Curie post-doctoral fellow in Professor Yenan Bryceson’s group since March 2017. I received my MSc degree in Medical Biotechnology in 2013 and my PhD (with honours) in Life Science in 2017 from the University of Rome – Sapienza in Italy. During my PhD I also worked as a Guest Researcher in the lab of John J. O’Shea at the NIH. In the Bryceson lab, I am currently investigating the molecular mechanisms responsible for the differentiation and functionality of cytotoxic CD8+ T cell subsets located in human skin. In my spare time, I enjoy taking ballet classes and I love travelling.
